Blue Lily Music is a full-service Music Supervision, Consulting, and Management company founded on the principle of elevating “content” into ART in all music-media spaces. Blue Lily Music founder, Sami Posner is a GMS Award-Nominated Music Supervisor and Los Angeles native who grew up surrounded by music. A trained triple threat from Berklee College of Music and The Boston Conservatory, Sami was determined to follow her passion all the way to a life of theater and storytelling in NYC. But there was one problem…winter. After a stint on the East Coast, Sami moved back to LA where she deepened her roots in the music industry, writing and performing. She finished her degree at Cal State Northridge, graduating top of her class as class speaker with a degree in Breadth Studies and emphasis in Music Business. A day after graduating, Sami began her career in Music Supervision. It is her musical training that gives her an edge in the field.

Previously, Sami supervised and produced at creative control Entertainment, working on extensive projects spanning film, TV, games, podcasts and more. She has supervised projects for Netflix, Fifth Season, Hallmark, Lifetime, Paramount, Tyler Perry Studios, and Nickelodeon as well as consulted on major video game titles for Electronic Arts.

In addition to her supervision work, Sami is an executive at The Guild of Music Supervisors where she oversees all committees, including the confidential, voting craft committees as their Committee Director. She has been instrumental in creating the Guild’s Coordinator and Mentorship initiatives and looks forward to continuing to grow these programs within the Guild and community at large for years to come.

When Sami’s not working, she’s either experimenting in the kitchen or playing with her obscenely cute cockapoo, Ms. Dolly Belle Pawton.
